Chiwaki Restaurant /Gallery,Okutama,Tokyo.

Here are 13 of 19 works being exhibited at CHIWAKI Restaurant/Gallery in Okutama, close to kawai. from Mar.1st to April 31st, between 1-6pm. Wed closed.
If you go by train, get on the Okutama line from Ome, get off at Kawai station,
ring ....0428 85 1735 and the owners will give you a ride. Speak Japanese. Of course you can go by car .. where I live in Hinode I can be there is 30 mins.
Its well worth the trip as the food is excellent and well priced the atmosphere is invigorating .. its an old Japanese style building deep in the mountains overlooking a beautiful river and right now its stunning with Cherry blossoms. A guy in the building often plays a wonderful Shakuhachi which gives this real feeling of being in Japan.. check it out .. Ill be away until April and then I can be available to help you out with anything you might want to know .
